This practical workshop isn’t about lying still to relax. It’s about learning how to use your breath to regulate, reset, and navigate daily life with more clarity and calm.

Whether you’re dealing with workplace pressures, studying for exams, juggling kids and activities, managing finances, or simply trying to keep up with the fast pace of life - your breath can become your most effective tool.

 Through this session with Senior Clinical Psychologist Dr. Jennifer Cuppage, you will learn:

-            How to reduce stress and everyday triggers

-            Techniques to align your body and mind for clearer thinking
