An afternoon designed to help you pause, unwind, down regulate and reconnect with yourself. In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, do more and stay switched on, this workshop offers something different - a chance to intentionally slow down, soften stress and support your nervous system in a safe, welcoming environment.

This is not just another wellness event.

It is a carefully curated experience led by two highly experienced professionals with extensive clinical, coaching and teaching backgrounds in psychology, movement, breathwork and nervous system regulation.

Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, mentally tired, emotionally drained or simply in need of space to breathe and recharge, this afternoon is designed to help bring you back to yourself. You do not need experience with yoga or breathwork to attend. Just come as you are.
