Something fun and different to do on a Sunday morning, with the promise of a delicious coffee after.
This is a great opportunity to train with your coffee buddy!
In pairs, you will take on 4 stations – shuttle runs, burpees, bike and row.
Each station is 10 minutes of work, you share the time and effort between you (You Go, I Go)
4 minutes rest between each station
The aim? Rack up as many reps and metres as possible with your teammate. We will have live leaderboards on the day so you can challenge another team you know… perhaps some friendly competition?
