This is a great opportunity to train with your coffee buddy!
Something fun and different to do on a Sunday morning, with the promise of a delicious coffee after.
What is involved?
In teams of 2, you will take on 4 stations –
Shuttle Runs, Bike, Burpees (can scale) and Rowing.
Each station is 10 minutes, you share the time
& effort between you (You Go, I Go)
with 4 minutes rest between each station
The aim?
Complete as many reps and metres
as possible with your teammate.
Go at your own pace.
We will have live leaderboards on the day so you can challenge another team you know…
Perhaps some friendly competition?
