Our coach-led MummyFit classes help mums feel strong again — physically and mentally. It’s a welcoming postnatal fitness class where babies are always welcome, giving mums the chance to move, rebuild strength and reconnect with their bodies after pregnancy and birth.
Classes focus on smart, progressive strength training and functional movement, helping to rebuild core and pelvic stability, improve posture, and safely restore overall strength and fitness. Sessions are designed to support the real demands of motherhood — lifting, carrying, bending and moving with confidence.
Just as importantly, MummyFit creates space for mums to connect, breathe and prioritise themselves, even if just for an hour. With supportive coaching and a relaxed, understanding environment, it’s about rebuilding confidence, improving energy and reminding mums that their health and wellbeing matter too.

Most mums can begin postnatal exercise 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 10–12 weeks after a C-section, once you’ve had clearance from your GP or women’s health physio.

Not at all!! MummyFit is designed specifically for postnatal bodies and all fitness levels. Exercises are coached and adapted so you can move safely and build strength gradually.

Yes! Babies are always welcome. They can stay beside you in their car seat, on a mat, or in a buggy depending on what works best for you.

That’s completely normal. You can stop anytime to feed, change or settle your baby. There’s no pressure — the class environment is relaxed and understanding.
